5 favourite quirky conference venues in London

,

London has a great reputation as a location for quirky venues for vibrant networking events, product launches and meetings and conferences. There are numerous venues that would be perfect for your next event and add an element of anticipation for your delegates.

Sourcing these venues can be quite time consuming and in many cases you may not even know quite where to start.  This is where Function Fixers can help.  With a portfolio full to the brim of unusual and unique venues, our experienced team of venue finders can help you to navigate your way through to choosing and booking the perfect venue for your event, whether it be a meeting, a conference, a product launch or a client event.

Here are a few of our current favourites of venues in London:

Unit X, Hanover Square

Brand new to the events market, Unit X comprises 2 galleries with a combined area of 5500 sq ft.

With an onsite kitchen and front and rear loading facilities, this venue is well suited to experiential events as well as meetings, conferences, private dinners and standing receptions.

Meet in Place King William Street

In a prime location close to Monument Station, Meet in Place offers meeting and conference space in true contemporary style.  It’s not huge, but is perfectly formed!

10 Union Street

Recently opened, 10 Union Street is a newly refurbished purpose built events space with incredible architectural features.  The largest conference space can hold up to 300 theatre style and it boasts views of the Shard!  This venue provides the perfect back drop for meetings, large conferences, drinks receptions, dinners and much much more.

English National Ballet

Whilst this is not strictly central London, we wanted to include it as it is an amazing venue.

With four large rehearsal studios, a Production Studio with a full height fly-tower, social spaces and meeting rooms, English National Ballet has a home to be proud of and to grow in. Whether it be PR launches, conferences, fashion shows or private dinners our spaces have the potential to be the perfect setting for any event.

The Hoxton Southwark

This is the latest addition to the London Hoxton family.  It is a 14 story warehouse style hotel just a few moments from the South Bank.

The Apartment, which is the meetings and events space within The Hoxton Southwark offers 6 individual rooms (and an outside terrace) all built around a centralised all-you-can-eat Pantry. When booking the largest private room they can hold seated dinners and meetings for up to 32 seated. For exclusive hire they can host standing receptions for up to 150.
