The breath is a POWERFUL tool in changing our experience of the world and one that we all have access to, should we know how to use it effectively! In this workshop, we learn how to utilise the breathe to:

  • Manage feelings of stress and overwhelm
  • Induce feelings of relaxation and calm
  • Improve focus and energy levels
  • Optimise overall health and vitality and learn the science behind why it all works! Providing you with techniques you need to navigate through all of life… One breath at a time.

Mindful Moments

Mindfulness is the quality of being present and fully engaged with your experience in this moment.  Learn a number of mindfulness meditation techniques that enable you to reconnect with yourself.

These enable you to practice being free from distraction or judgement, and become aware of our thoughts and feelings without getting caught up in them.  Learn skills which are particularly helpful when faced with challenging circumstances or stressful situations.

Perfect session for those that need some peace of mind. Leave feeling calm, recentred and refreshed.

Yoga

We believe that yoga is all about balance – that’s why our sessions are a perfect balance of relaxation and activation. Moving the body while calming the mind.

Led by our experienced instructors – we guide you through the ultimate feel good yoga experience for your group. Guiding your team a range of movements to improve flexibility, release tension and improve mobility. Each class also includes a breathwork and mindfulness practice to help tap into the bodies nervous system and aid deep relaxation.

A range of yoga styles from Vinyasa, Yin and even Yoga Nidra. Let us know about your group and how you want them to feel and we will tailor the class for your needs!

Our Yoga classes aim to be accessible and inclusive. All levels, both beginners and experts are made to feel welcome.

wellness yoga

Align and Move

Our posture influences everything. From the pains and injuries we experience in our body, thoughts and emotions we have in the mind, to even our organs ability to function properly!

This session is a powerful deep dive into posture lead by our experts. Exploring not only how to find correct alignment in your body but also understanding what is needed to keep it there long term.

Each person will leave with a much greater awareness of their own bodies and how they have been holding themselves in life thus far.

And although proper posture is about feeling good, each person ill be able to view the changes in their body first hand with their very own ‘before and after’ photos and will take home their own personalised worksheet to help improve upon this in the future.

Desk Yoga

Desk yoga is a simple way to reduce stress and relieve tension that occurs from our desk working lifestyle.

The combination of chair yoga, mindfulness meditation and breathwork provides the perfect balance for the ultimate feel good session which can be enjoyed by all.

Providing deep relaxation to calm the mind, stretches that can be done at your own desk to improve posture and balance while reducing aches and pains.

Not to mention get your body moving after being still for so long!

Follow along with our qualified instructor for the ultimate feel good session. Desk yoga requires no special equipment, just your chair and some space around you!

Self Massage

This session is truly life changing as we empower you to be your own masseuse. We utilise techniques from Myo Fascial Release, Acupressure and Breathwork to guide you through releasing tension from all the areas that we hold it in the body.

Helping to dramatically reduce aches and pains, improve mobility and aid relaxation in the mind and body.

This IS NOT a gentle touch light massage. Expect to go deep into the tissue of your body with the aid of your own massage ball and create some serious change in how your body feels and moves. All while learning to regulate the nervous system with your breath and training the mind to sit through discomfort.

Leave feeling relaxed, free in your body and empowered with a new life skill you can utilise for ever.

Stress-less

Stress affects all of us, and with the majority of it coming from the work place, it is of vital importance to educate employees and give them the skills to tackle stress.

We will also explore a range of powerful techniques to help your team manage their energy levels using the breath, the mind and the body.
