London Wetlands Centre
This wonderful oasis comprising 105 acres of beautiful lakes, pools and lagoons was founded in 1946 by the renowned naturalist Sir Peter Scott. The Wildlife and Wetlands Trust (WWT) is a leading UK organisation which works tirelessly saving wetlands for wildlife and people across the world.
The London Wetland Centre is only 25 minutes from central London and is situated next to the River Thames, and is a wonderful wildlife conservation reserve.
Within this amazing setting, there are a number of very unique rooms which are available to hire for all types of events, both daytime and evening. In addition to these meeting and event spaces, there is of course a huge amount of open space which is perfect for outdoor activities and team building activities. There are also guided tours, work parties and treasure hunts, so you can get your delegates involved as little or as much as you want.
One thing that you can be sure of, is that by holding your next event with the London Wetland Centre, you will be directly contributing to the global conservation of wildlife and wetland’s habitats.
