 Refreshment breaks can be enjoyed in the gardens, which offer a stunning array of flowers and wildlife, as well as private spaces which are ideal for al fresco barbecues, drinks receptions and even picnics for smaller parties.  The Conservatory itself overlooks its own walled garden that includes specialist intelligent lighting, which allows you to create a customised environment for your conference or meeting.   You can light the trees and the walls in just about any colour you’d like, and gobos can also be used for instant branding.  This achieves a real sense of theatre and has a huge impact during evening receptions, and you can make this garden feel magical and outer-worldly by making the most out of the lighting systems that are in place here.  The interior of the venue, however, is equally as adaptable and ready to adopt the feel of your event.  

 Inside, you have a blank canvas space big enough to hold up to 400 people.  One wall is made of glass and looks out onto the garden, while the rest of the structure is similar to a marquee –  offering a large, white, airy and flexible space able to host a huge variety of functions. 

There is an extensive range of AV equipment available to hire from the venue, some of which is included in your hire price, but Luton Hoo are happy for you to bring any extras and accessories you like.  There is a professional conference and meetings team on site who have a wealth of experience in hosting events here, and you will have at least one dedicated technician (depending on the size of your event) to assist you with the running and maintenance of all things technical.

This is a fantastically affordable venue for corporate events.  Starting at just £40 a day (plus VAT), you will have exclusive use of the Conservatory, it’s private walled garden and its cloakrooom, full event management from the venue plus your technician, the use of the on site sound, lighting and projection facilities, and seating.  Your guests will also receive juice, tea, coffee and pastries on arrival and then a bowl food or buffet lunch, and hot drinks & biscuits in the afteoon.

The Conservatory is in easy access of the M25 and M1, making it accessible and conveniently placed for both local and inteational travel.  There are 1100 acres of grounds here, and surprises available for teambuilding are a real joy.   You can have treasure hunts, sporting activities, hunting, long walks and even grown-up car racing!
