New London Event Venues for 2021
London has always been a city full of diverse event venues. With the recent pandemic things have been very quiet, but behind the scenes venues have been preparing for grand openings. Here are a few new London event venues for 2021:
The Londoner

Due to open in 2020, the opening of this super boutique hotel was delayed to 2021 for obvious reasons. Boasting an amazing ballroom without a pillar in sight, it is indeed a sight to behold. With a capacity of 838 seated theatre style, 600 for a gala dinner and 850 reception style, you will be hard placed to find a better location for your next event. If you have a smaller group, then consider the Green Room which holds 150. The Gallery has 7 meeting rooms, perfect for a main room with multiple break-outs. Two private screening rooms are also available.
Nomad London

Another stunning hotel, this one has over 800 sqm of event space. The old magistrates court has been transformed into the Magistrates Ballroom. Think London with a New York twist. the Ballroom has two adjacent private dining rooms and a bar and has it’s own private entrance. Ballroom capacity is 75 seated and 120 reception style. Perfect for a more intimate event.
Woolwich Works

Opening in late September 2021, Woolwich Works is going to be in high demand. Think Grade II listed with a mix of contemporary! Seven flexible spaces offer unlimited opportunities for a wide range of events. The Fireworks Factory has a capacity of 1000 seated and 1800 reception style, so perfect for large events. Set on the Thames by Arsenal Pier, Woolwich Works is a 5 minute walk from Woolwich Arsenal Station.
Sabine Rooftop Bar

Formerly the roof terrace at Grange St Pauls Hotel, the space has been transformed by Leonardo Hotels to a fabulous rooftop bar. The secret garden is an oasis from the city, high above the busy London streets – in a hidden rooftop space with two outside terraces – one with a retractable roof. Available for private hire, Sabine has a capacity of 200, perfect for corporate summer parties!
Woods Quay

Love the river. but don’t want a cruise? Then Woods Quay is the answer! It is a new contemporary building that is permanently moored on the Thames near Waterloo Bridge, opposite the London Eye. The Cormorant Deck, West Wing Reception and East Wing Tasting Room offer different moods and views which can be combined as a whole or divided depending on your requirements . The venue is thoughtfully detailed to reflect it’s unique location with river pebble terrazzo floors, cast concrete, matt brass, steel and oak enveloping the decks, set against the deep green and granite grey of the Embankment Wall. Capacity of the whole quay is 350 reception style.
