1. The Glasshouse (International Centre for Music), Gateshead

Situated on the picturesque Gateshead Quayside, The Glasshouse is an ambitious development poised to become a landmark in the North East. This £350 million complex features a 12,500-capacity arena alongside a 6,320 square metre conference and event space, encompassing 17 conference suites and adaptable meeting areas. Designed by HOK architects, The Glasshouse aims to attract both national and international events, bolstering the region’s cultural and economic landscape.

2. Edinburgh Park Arena, Edinburgh

Addressing the city’s need for a large-capacity indoor venue, Edinburgh Park Arena is set to open in 2025 in the South Gyle area. With a capacity of 8,500, this arena is designed to host a variety of events, from conferences to concerts. The venue spans 18,500 square meters across three levels and is expected to become a central hub for cultural and business gatherings in Scotland’s capital.

3. Everton Stadium, Liverpool

While primarily known as the new home for Everton Football Club, the Everton Stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock is more than just a sports venue. 4. The Chancery Rosewood, London

Located in London’s prestigious Mayfair district, The Chancery Rosewood is a luxury hotel set within the historic former U.S. Embassy building on Grosvenor Square. Opening in 2025, this Grade II listed building has been reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. 5. The Other House Covent Garden, London

7. LiveHouse Dundee, Scotland

Set to become Scotland’s third-largest entertainment venue, LiveHouse Dundee is an upcoming multi-purpose venue opening in 2025. With a capacity of around 4,500, it is designed to host a variety of events, including conferences, concerts, and esports competitions. Located in the Nethergate area, it aims to revitalise Dundee’s cultural scene and provide a modern space for large-scale events.

8. The Pig on the Farm, near Stratford upon Avon

For those seeking a more relaxed, countryside setting for their events, The Pig on the Farm offers a unique blend of rustic charm and luxury. Opening in 2025, this venue provides an intimate atmosphere ideal for retreats, workshops, and small conferences. Its focus on farm-to-table dining and serene surroundings makes it a distinctive choice away from the urban hustle.
