Begin your feast with whipped duck liver parfait, served with Tortano sourdough and pickles, before moving on to a 27-day Himalayan dry aged Chateaubriand with confit potatoes, salt-baked beetroot, thyme roasted carrots, spring greens, gravy & béarnaise sauce.
