6 best places to watch World Cup 2022
World Cup 2022 fever is rising! Check out 6 of the best places to watch live matches. Have you planned where you are going to watch yet?
To make things easier for you, here is the schedule of matches:
- Group stage: Nov. 20-Dec. 2
- Round of 16: Dec. 3-6
- Quarterfinals: Dec. 9-10
- Semifinals: Dec. 13-14
- Third-place match: Dec. 17
- WC Final: Dec. 18
A total of 48 matches will be played in the Group stage with 16 teams then going through. World Cup Round of 16 will consist of these 16 teams who will compete in a single elimination contest (one team goes through, one gets knocked out). Same with the Quarterfinals, 8 teams play and 4 go through to the Semifinals. The third place match will be between the two losing teams in the semis, and the grand final will take place on the 18th Dec.
So, now we know when the matches will be played, this is a good time to start planning your football party. Most bars and pubs will have big screens in situ for the duration of the competition. As it is predominantly in December, venues will also be busy with Christmas parties, so space will be at a premium and you will need to reserve your space quickly.
Here are some of our favourite bars and clubs all of which are offering great packages, with reserved areas and private VIP rooms.
Bounce
Bounce currently has two venues in London – Farringdon and Old Street. They are shortly opening another one in Battersea Power Station.
There are a huge variety of exclusive areas with screens to book out, as well as a private room in each Bounce venue too (for those who want to have a totally VIP screening of the games).
Packages are available, including food and ping pong to keep everyone in the party entertained during the half times!

93 Feet East
One of our favourite haunts, 93 Feet East, is in Brick Lane. They will be showing the World Cup this year across 3 spaces in the venue so that everyone has a comfortable amount of space.
There’ll be two projection screens (indoors) and a flat screen TV in their outdoor terrace area.
Packages are available:

They also recommend including their ‘season pass’ whereby you can gain access to all the games available with one ticket.
Lalaland
In the heart of Shoreditch, Lalaland is a streetfood market and an urban oasis, complete with palm trees and waterfalls. They will have huge screens and projectors and will be showing every match. This amazing venue boasts four bars, 15 fantastic street food vendors, music, DJs and one-off events, three mezzanine lounge bars, a roof terrace, and more.

Broadleaf
Broadleaf is in EC2 – get the best seats in the house! The most exclusive way to enjoy the game: your own VIP area for the night, lounge seating with superior views of the screen and dedicated service all night. Food and drink packages are organised in advance for your seats – ready for your arrival, including buckets of beers and platters. See packages here: Woldcup-Broadleaf Packages
Golden Bee
Another favourite Shoreditch Haunt, Golden Bee has a fab enclosed roof terrace with 5 screens. They are just showing a few select games:

Sports Bar and Grill, Victoria Station
They will be showing every match live at the Sports Bar and Grill in Victoria. Why not stop off on your way home from work and cheer on your nation with a refreshing pint in hand and watch all of the action live on one of their massive HD screens!

Of course, there are hundreds of venues which will be screening the matches. If you need any help at all in finding somewhere to watch your team, get in touch with us today and we will be happy to help.
