Cambridge House, Auberge Resorts Collection
Located at 94 Piccadilly in Mayfair, this Grade I-listed Palladian-style townhouse has a storied past, having hosted figures like Queen Victoria and Lord Palmerston. The transformed property will feature 102 luxurious rooms, a private members’ club, diverse dining options including an open-air courtyard and a brasserie-style restaurant in the Georgian ballroom, and a two-level spa inspired by Roman bathhouses. Opening late 2025.
Six Senses London
Marking the brand’s UK debut, Six Senses London is situated within the historic former Whiteleys department store in Bayswater. The hotel offers 110 guest rooms and suites, a wellness club and spa, a 20-meter indoor swimming pool, and a private members’ club named Six Senses Place. The design harmoniously blends the building’s Art Deco heritage with contemporary elements, providing a serene retreat in the heart of the city. Set to open in Autumn 2025.
The Chancery Rosewood
Situated in London’s prestigious Mayfair district, The Chancery Rosewood occupies the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square. This Grade II listed building has been reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield, offering a blend of historic charm and modern luxury. The hotel features 139 guest rooms and suites, an integrative wellness facility, and various dining venues, all designed to provide an exceptional guest experience. Opening in late summer 2025.
CitizenM London Olympia
As part of the £1.3 billion redevelopment of Olympia’s historic exhibition centre, CitizenM introduces its fifth London hotel. The property boasts 146 rooms equipped with the brand’s signature high-tech amenities, ensuring an affordable yet luxurious stay.
