London’s hospitality scene is set for a boost in 2025 with the debut of several exceptional hotels. Here are five hotels opening their doors this year:

Cambridge House, Auberge Resorts Collection

Located at 94 Piccadilly in Mayfair, this Grade I-listed Palladian-style townhouse has a storied past, having hosted figures like Queen Victoria and Lord Palmerston. The transformed property will feature 102 luxurious rooms, a private members’ club, diverse dining options including an open-air courtyard and a brasserie-style restaurant in the Georgian ballroom, and a two-level spa inspired by Roman bathhouses. Opening late 2025.

Six Senses London

Marking the brand’s UK debut, Six Senses London is situated within the historic former Whiteleys department store in Bayswater.
