Three of the Best Dry Hire Venues in London

There is always a high demand for dry hire venues in London. Sometimes people want a dry hire to keep the cost down and sometimes they want a dry hire to give them the flexibility on production, style and catering. Whatever the reason, we are constantly on the look out for exciting new venues with the capacity to accommodate a wide range of events. Here are our latest three for you to consider:
83 Rivington Street
Formerly a famous London nightclub, this venue has undergone a major redesign and is now a large multipurpose venue with 13,000 sq ft of useable space. 83 Rivington Street can either be hired on a totally blank canvas basis, or the venue can provide a sound system, lighting rigs and AV, plus a fully equipped commercial kitchen and bar hire.
It also boasts a large outdoor area. Total capacity is 900.
The Tab Centre
If you’re seeking a historic venue in East London, the Shoreditch Tab Centre offers a charming backdrop with its flexible spaces and modern recording studio. The grand hall and additional breakout rooms, a catering kitchen and more, make it perfect for various events. Conveniently located near Hoxton and Shoreditch High Street stations, this Grade-II listed centre has served the community for over 190 years.
Beyond its historical significance, the Shoreditch Tab Centre provides a range of rooms for private hire, supporting charitable projects like assisting low-income families and refugees, as well as fostering arts and music programs for local youth.
The lecture hall accommodates up to 140 guests banquet-style and 200 for receptions. For smaller gatherings, consider the Richard Pearson room, ideal for intimate celebrations or meetings, with a capacity of up to 50 guests. The mezzanine level offers a unique perspective, complemented by two breakout rooms and a kitchenette on the second floor. Don’t miss the opportunity to utilise the recording studio, perfect for capturing vocals and podcasts! Perfect for any event other than parties and weddings.
The Bottle Factory
This is a 129 year old bottle factory, originally built and used by J Mills & Sons. The Bottle Factory was established in 2020 with the intention to provide a private gated campus to be used as a workspace for creatives, for e-commerce companies and as office space.
Part of this unique building can be hired out for a wide range of events. With ceiling heights of up to 5m, roller shutter doors and access to a communal yard it makes the perfect choice for product launches and experiential events.
