The exclusive DIY kit (£145), serving two, includes all the ingredients and recipe cards you need to create a restaurant quality, three-course meal in the comfort of your own home, plus two Red Rose pre-batched cocktails and a bottle of Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée for added Valentine’s sparkle! Begin your feast with whipped duck liver parfait, served with Tortano sourdough and pickles, before moving on to a 27-day Himalayan dry aged Chateaubriand with confit potatoes, salt-baked beetroot, thyme roasted carrots, spring greens, gravy & béarnaise sauce.
